How Does it Work?
We’ll meet online for 30 minutes by computer or phone.
Show me whatever has been bothering you—a room, desk, drawer, fridge, car, or that pile of stuff you keep meaning to deal with. We’ll pick one small, realistic goal and take it step by step together.
You do not have to finish everything in one session. The goal is simply to get started, make some progress, and feel a little less stuck.
No judgment. No pressure.

I’m Sam. I’m autistic, and I suspect I also have ADHD, so I relate to the AuDHD experience. I also have OCD and more! I genuinely love cleaning, sorting, organising, and helping a space feel calmer and easier to use.
I know that brains and homes do not all work the same way. Sometimes a space can feel impossible to begin, even when you really want it to feel different. I will not judge you, push you to do things my way, or expect perfection.

Who can book a session with you?
Sessions are generally for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18 and would like support, please have a parent, guardian, or another responsible adult make the booking and attend the session with you.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We’ll start by talking about what feels most overwhelming or what you would like help with. You’ll show me the room, area, or task you want to tackle, and we’ll choose a realistic place to begin.
I’ll actively guide you in real time—helping you decide what to do first, what to do next, where things can go, and what can wait. We’ll break the work into small, manageable steps, and I’ll stay with you as you work, offering practical suggestions, structure, encouragement, and gentle accountability.
You do not need to have everything finished by the end of 30 minutes. The goal is to make meaningful progress, feel less stuck, and leave knowing your next step.

Who will I be speaking with during a session?
You’ll be meeting one-to-one with me - Sam - the creator of tismbuddy™. It will be just the two of us, working together in real time—no groups, no automated service, and no rotating team.
Can you help me clean/tidy anything other than my home?
I can help you clean/tidy anywhere you like! A car, office, storage unit etc.
What does not happen during a session?
I do not physically clean your home, shame you about your space, force you to follow a particular organizing system, or expect you to finish an entire room or task in one session.
Are our sessions confidential?
Yes. I do not share your information with anyone. What we talk about in a session stays between us.

What if my home is very messy?
That’s completely okay—your home does not need to be tidy before you book a session. There’s no judgment here, and you don’t have to apologize or feel embarrassed. We’ll start wherever you are and choose one small, manageable task to work on together. You don’t have to show your whole home, and you don’t have to finish everything in one session. Small progress absolutely counts!
What do I need to have ready before we meet?
When you book your session, tell me what you'd like us to work on. I'll send you a short suggested list of supplies — simple, everyday things — to have ready for the day we meet.
I don't want to be on camera. Can I still get your help?
Yes, you can! I'm camera-shy as well, so I completely understand where you're coming from.

Will our sessions be recorded?
No, sessions aren't recorded by default — so you can relax and just be yourself.
If you would like a recording to look back on later, just let me know before our session and I'd be happy to do that for you. I'll send it within 24 hours, then delete it from my end.

Do I need to be diagnosed with ADHD, autism or other?
You do not need a diagnosis to use my services.

I'm only here to support you with tidying, cleaning, organizing, and getting unstuck—not to assess, diagnose, or provide medical care.

Yes! 100%! This is a supportive, judgment-free space for anyone on the spectrum.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. This is practical support, not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or crisis support.

Can my family member, friend or fur baby/pet join me during my session?
I would love that! I'm happy when people are supported by their loved ones, human or otherwise.
